Bookings cancelled up to <120 days> before the event date are eligible for a refund. Cancellations done later than this period are not eligible for a refund.

Exhibitors can host additional activities within their booth parameters as long as it does not cause inconvenience to the visitors or the event. However, exhibitors are requested to connect with the Exhibitor Services Team to discuss such activities, since the organisers will also host workshops, seminars, and more activities as part of the event.
