With advanced training from IIM Ahmedabad and Harvard Medical School, he brings expertise in healthcare leadership, clinical excellence and patient-focused innovation, while guiding World of Sleep in building an integrated sleep ecosystem focused on health and well-being.

Dr. Pushkar Arvind Shikarkhane

Dr. Pushkar Arvind Shikarkhane, MD, DNB (Medicine), is a specialist in metabolic health and sleep medicine with over 30 years of clinical experience, trained at Seth G.S. Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai. Practising at Shubhankar Clinic, Dadar and Lilavati Hospital and Research Centre, Mumbai, he focuses on recognising and addressing sleep-related health concerns, particularly snoring, and is also affiliated with Wadia Maternity Hospital, while bringing his clinical expertise to World of Sleep's focus on advancing awareness of sleep medicine and metabolic health.

Dr. Girishkumar Soni is a renowned Neurologist with over 15 years of experience, specialising in stroke, epilepsy, movement disorders, vertigo and neuromuscular diseases. A KEM Hospital alumnus and former Associate Professor at Grant Medical College and Sir J. J. Hospital, Mumbai, he is also an award-winning academician, researcher and international speaker, while contributing his neurological expertise to World of Sleep's vision of promoting greater awareness of the relationship between sleep and overall health.
